I'm back home on the farm...it's good to be home. I'm going play outdoors today...in the winter, that would be called exercise. Now, it's just fun!!

Frustrating day today. Wife planned to go walking (and take daughter and friend) so I was going to go with her (and forgo drone racing practice). Family first and I have been travelling so much so time out and active with them would be nice.
Well, so much delay and hanging around doing "time fillers" and "odd jobs" waiting for them to get organised. Eventually they didn't go (so I could have gone flying anyway). To make up for the lack of activity with them, managed to squeeze in a walk just before dusk.
Tired early now, so will try get more sleep. Work across town tomorrow (early start, since car not working properly and need to get public transport - expect 4 hours travel total tomorrow). Then back to Sydney on Tuesday. There goes my week.

Rick I love today's post!!!!
Taking mom for a walk today. Trimmed my bushes yesterday I try to prune when I am calm as I tend to do some real hack job when stressed. LOL. Bushes look great neighbors even noticed and congratulated me..
@am_change Oh my shoes arrived and they are so pretty. I buy everything online so it's always a bit of a surprise. So they are more of a deep cranberry colour. They are gorgeous and I can't wait to wear them. I should wait till fall as they are suede we shall see.4 -

A hot Sunday! I love hearing all the southern hemisphere folks looking forward to summer - I'm ready for winter. This warm muggy weather is not my fave - even though eating everything fresh from the garden is fabulous. Every day it is delicious!
Today yes x3. The usual outdoor work, some wood chucking (dreaming of chucking it into the wood stoves info a couple of months!), some big house cleaning (my 88 year - old mom is coming to visit this week), walking and practicing. Shower is going to feel good..5 -

Tracked? Everything logged. This was a difficult day to track, though...as I had a reunion...not the family kind...but the high school kind. Let's just say it has been a LOT of years! Fortunately, aside from a very light breakfast, I ate only one meal today without overindulging.

Yes x 3. That's 5 days in a row and I'm feeling better for it.
I did a 10km handicap run with my local club and I'm slightly annoyed I didn't run the extra 200m my watch said I was short as it would have been a 2018 pb, still I'm happy I ran well.
Plus a friend asked if I'd lost weight 😁 it's not much so wasn't expecting that!

Semi-planned pass day. My husband and I decided to go out for Thai food and I didn’t feel like trying to track the food. Did go to the gym this morning for weight training. Back at it tomorrow.3

Exercise was the highlight of my day: I rode side by side by horseback with my almost 13 year old granddaughter, Lucy. This is the first time this summer that we rode side by side in a freshly mown hay field. It was lovely
