    Taking mom for a walk today. Trimmed my bushes yesterday I try to prune when I am calm as I tend to do some real hack job when stressed. LOL. Bushes look great neighbors even noticed and congratulated me..

    @am_change Oh my shoes arrived and they are so pretty. I buy everything online so it's always a bit of a surprise. So they are more of a deep cranberry colour. They are gorgeous and I can't wait to wear them. I should wait till fall as they are suede we shall see.

    Exercise? Minimum required...went for a short 30 minute walk with my sister
    Calories? Within allowance
    Tracked? Everything logged. This was a difficult day to track, though...as I had a reunion...not the family kind...but the high school kind. Let's just say it has been a LOT of years! Fortunately, aside from a very light breakfast, I ate only one meal today without overindulging.

    Ready for an 8 hour nap!

    Semi-planned pass day. My husband and I decided to go out for Thai food and I didn’t feel like trying to track the food. Did go to the gym this morning for weight training. Back at it tomorrow.
