In the weekly Warrior Mini-Goal Challenge focus on your "short term goals"

Focusing on one week at a time, when the big picture seems too overwhelming. Small changes can bring on big results!!
Choose one or more things you want to work on for just this week. Don't set it too high or unreachable!!
Please, make sure your week works for you. Sun to Sat or Mon to Sun, whatever is YOUR week!

You can reach your main goal if you break it into small actionable steps. It could be as easy as 1-2-3!

1) Choose something you know you can do easily.
2) Add more difficult tasks to your plan.
3) These small steps will get you started, motivated & help build routine for long term success!!

Anyone interested in joining us for another week, or a first week, or a get back on track week?

Check in often, have a great week and do the best you can!

This week, I'm focusing on creating the habit/getting comfortable just walking into our home gym and doing something each day. Once I nail that, I'll move on to an actual strength training schedule/routine.

This week, I'm also working harder on getting to bed on time, having all video/electronics off at a better time and getting my 7 to 8 hours of sleep each night.

Monday/Monday night was not a good start to the week for these goals. But I will endeavor to do better the rest of this week.

Wishing everyone a wonderful week. :flowerforyou:

Hi GardenMama- thanks for getting us started. Looks like you have a good focus this week. every change really can make a difference. smart to start out just testing the waters at the gym. I know you can kick the late night screen time. good luck.

Hi Molly- Excellent goals this week. I love the new picture also. makes me want to change mine. I am rooting for you to have a good week.

cjsacto- hope you are doing well. Prepping for meals must be a big help. I understand about sugar. it is always calling us. any things you can have at the ready that will satisfy but not make you go over.

I am still struggling a bit but determined to get back to consistency and logging. and of course checking in with the group. Have a great week everyone. remember every smart choice will bring you closer to your goal. it may be slow but it will be sure.

Wrapping up house cleaning, laundry and anything else that needs to get done before going camping tomorrow.
Planning healthy, simple meals for our 3-day camping weekend and looking forward to a little get-away time.
