In the weekly Warrior Mini-Goal Challenge focus on your "short term goals"
Focusing on one week at a time, when the big picture seems too overwhelming. Small changes can bring on big results!!
Choose one or more things you want to work on for just this week. Don't set it too high or unreachable!!
Please, make sure your week works for you. Sun to Sat or Mon to Sun, whatever is YOUR week!
You can reach your main goal if you break it into small actionable steps. It could be as easy as 1-2-3!
1) Choose something you know you can do easily.
2) Add more difficult tasks to your plan.
3) These small steps will get you started, motivated & help build routine for long term success!!
Anyone interested in joining us for another week, or a first week, or a get back on track week?
Check in often, have a great week and do the best you can!

Enjoyed the camping trip this past weekend. It was nice to get away for a few days. I enjoyed doing lots of walking, lots of reading, a bit of grilling and Smores by the camp fire.

1. Strength training 3 days
2. Video/electronics off by 11pm
3. A bunch of office work that needs to get done
Wishing everyone a wonderful week.

So far this week, I'm doing better with all three of these goals.
Last night, our son came over for dinner for the fist time since moving out on his own. It was nice to get to spend some time with him and it was fun to treat him more like company by fixing a more special dinner.

Mini goal update:
1. I plan to do day 3 of strength training today.
2. Video/electronics have been off by 11pm all but one day.
3. I was able to get a good deal of things accomplished in my home office. Have a lot more to do this week.
The mini goals really help me to stay mindful of those things that I want to be remembering each day.
