I just wanted to tell you all that starting to track my fitness and food again is making a big difference in my mental state. Even if I don’t lose any weight this week, I am more aware of what I am putting in my body and I am feeling motivated to workout. My injury and cleaning schedule has really made “the want to” lower than normal. The simple habit of tracking takes a little time but being aware of what am I putting in my body vs auto pilot eating, makes me happy! I am glad to be on a healthy journey with all of you. How has tracking impacted you?
