Good Morning BBB.
Fist day since returning home that I have no work stuff schedules so I will catch up on desk work and write a blog post or two. We are so grateful for the connections we made in Ireland. We loved the countryside of Ireland but the people are amazing.
Dave - we have not smoked at all this year - smoked trout sounds mouthwatering.
Lisa - so glad the festivities went well. Love the pic of you and your sister.
Bill - I hope your DMIL improved soon. Losing your lifemate is unimaginable.
Lee - do the docs have a diagnosis yet?
Steph - you have inspired me to do another round of purging.
Dennis - I bet you enjoy hearing but Lisa is right, you can always turn them off.

Good morning BBB Friends.
- I can't say the hearing aid is night and day difference. I am watching TV with less volume and understanding the dialog better. Some background sounds are definitely louder than before. I am working the TV cameras at church this morning so I am anxious to hear the difference during the service.
- Vegged out yesterday. Watched two movies and a ballgame.
- I hope things are going well with DMIL Skip.

No diagnosis, yet...got an appointment with rheumatologist this Tuesday to see if they can make a diagnosis. In the meantime, DW is keeping up with insurance bills, LOL.

No improvements for DMIL. Her calcium and creating levels continue to be abnormal. Thanks for the well wishes. DW is a mess. DBILs of course nowhere to be found.
Schoolwork all day today. Hard to believe fall classes begin in a couple weeks.

Good morning BBB friends.
Grilled corn on the cob, smoked trout and baked an apple pie (from apples off one of our trees) yesterday. Wish you could all have come over.
Filling out questionnaires for the Staffe Judge Advocate's office, so we can get new wills drawn up. DW has been after me for years to "get our affairs in order." This is phase one.
Start date of schools varies so much. It's a month away for local schools, here, while some parts of the country are already back in class. Colleges on semester systems, out here, are starting classes along with Skip, those on quarter systems won't begin until late September.0 -
Successful closet purge yesterday. Mostly just got rid of the items that don’t fit or I haven’t worn since changing jobs. On a side note all of my shoes now fit in the master closet instead of half of them being in the cedar closet downstairs (I kept the boots down there but they do fit)
Still need to do the drawers but I just did those last spring so should be too bad.
Advantage is now I have room to hang my tee shirts which means I’ll wear more than just the top one.
Off to Indiana this afternoon. Need to go get an adapter for my iPhone as the new one can’t be used with my bose noise canceling headphone and the ones that came with it are cr@p.0 -

Our weekend was fantastic! Nap time for the guys right now! We got the yard & house back to normal. The last couple, my bff, left around 1:30am last night. DS2 so appreciative and had a blast.

Good day in the pool. 6 little girls 1 brought a friend. 3 adults and 1 baby. We got out. 6 teenage or early 20s in now. Yep. Chlorine on level 5. Gorgeous day.
Lots of cooking on my part and I’m pooped. Got 1/2 a beef yesterday. Sent some of it home with the family of 8.
Not much else to report.
Anyone watched “longmire”. I’m hooked.1
