Once you’re all logged in. Shot me a message and I’ll create your calories and macro nutrients ( protein, fat, and carbs) for you. Just so we know protein= 4 calories per gram, carbs = 4 calories per gram and fat = 9 calories per gram. Each macro nutritient is essential to maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
