Hopefully we should be comfortable with the app now. Let’s focus on getting within 10-15% of our daily calorie range. Starting entering in all the food you eat daily! I say for right let’s not focus on the macros as much. But please be mindful of what we are eating. I would advise that you follow the grocery list or RD food guide you have been provided
