Good Morning BBB.
Up early to help a friend with a vendor event today. Jack will be with Tom pinstriping at one of our local Harley dealerships. The weather looks to be beautiful.
The Chicago Air & Water Show is today. Awesome event.
The couple in yesterday’s showing was only in the house 15 minutes.
I’ll prep the house before leaving and hope we get a booking.
Mary - your DS’s situation sucks.

Mornin' BBB.
Missed checking in yesterday. Rolled out of bed and hit the ground running and then dinner with DS#2 after finishing office calls. Good to see our Brooklyn dodger (he lives in Brooklyn while going to school and is very self sufficient thus we hardly ever see him giving the impression that he dodges contact but he relies on public trans so its difficult for him to get out of the city).
Training was hot but very good on Thursday. Babe really shined. When she was home, I did some work with her on running patterns and reinforced her checking in with her handler. All the dogs are running pretty well in spite of the heat. Speaking of heat, Babe is out of season and back with BTG. Miss her already.
So sorry for your loss, Raine. I get that she didn't want any attention to her passing, I often feel that the grieving process is over done. But I do believe in celebration of life and honoring the deceased with an informal gathering.
Steph, providing good products at a reasonable price and then being able to find the best spot to open a store and then opening that store and then doing it over and over again takes talent and hard work. Competition in retail is brutal. Your company is lucky to have someone like you who is talented and works hard.
Sam, glad you got your insurance stuff cleared up. Sorry you have to pay now to be reimbursed later. Thats just *kitten* .
Mary, I think you should have a mock painting (photoshop his head on some classic statue or portrait) done of your SO and hang it over the fireplace for laughs.
Lou, my DW is like Cecelia that way. She gets overwhelmed with home improvement.
Dave, dude we know what you are doing in your shop when you aren't turning bowls, you are tokking bowls of presciption weed. Just kidding, would never imagine you needing that kind of high from how much joy and wonder you show in your posting about your family and mountain hikes.

Ok, so the discussion of legal marijuana shops was scrubbed from the board yesterday. Really? Who's running this Web site, anyway? What other businesses should be deemed inappropriate? Tanning salons? Liquor stores?
DGD asked me to make her a special bowl with her name on it, so I have my next project. Two projects, really; if I make her one, I need to do one for her little brother, too.

Morning BBB
We are staying at a great studio apartment over a bike shop. It comes with two bikes so we got in a ride over the Ohio River for breakfast and now are going to load them up and head out looking for something fun to do. The predicted rain is staying away and it is a comfortable 85 here now0 -

I missed a couple of days as well. Been dashing of for early walks now that we have a couple of days of clear skies. Nice work Steph with the bed and bike arrangement. I agree with Dave about the appropriateness of various medications which shall remain nameless. There is no question,no question at all that a bit of said medication helped my DD in her dreadful surgery and chemotherapy if only used a time or two. Anyhoo be good do good all and enjoy our time together.0

Lee - 2 years ago, Cecilia said she wanted to have the place repainted. Still the same paint on the walls.
Steph - if you can make it to Montgomery Inn, you won't regret it.
Dave - it's okay to pick favorites. Make one bowl. If he asks, tell him your affection must be earned. And tanning salons should be banned.
Because I know you were all deeply concerned, I pooped today. I'm beginning to think that work stress impacts things. Not sure how to manage that to be honest. But, of course, I didn't go until after weighing at WW this morning. Vacation + änal retentiveness had me up FOUR pounds. I'd have to check, but I don't think I've ever had a gain that large in 9 years.0
