Good Morning BBB.
At around 10am yesterday my phone started to blow up. An agent wanted a showing for her buyer in 10 minutes. Seems she had forgotten to schedule our property. I was at the vendor event and Tom and Jack were at the bike event. Luckily I made the bed and got house order before leaving. The people have ponies and want a home with some land.
Fingers crossed.
Steph - what is the plan today?
Bill - how was the big soirée?
Lee - training today?
Sam - do you trust fronting any more money? - insurance companies and not high on my trust list.
Lou - 4 lbs - wow - that’s a lot of ****
Dave - however you want to justify it so long as you still enjoy your art.

Fingers crossed that this is the right buyer today.
We are heading out soon for a bike ride in a little park a few miles away, then back for showers and packing. We plan to have a long lunch at a Cuban place. Our favorite in Omaha closed a few months back and nothing else in town is the same.
Need to head to the airport by 3:30 or so. Land in Omaha at 8:30 but need to do laundry or take it on my trip as I leave for Kansas City Monday morning. No rest for the weary.

Busy and expensive day yesterday, DD felt me and DW did not have enough and proper clothes for trip. Started at 8;30 yesterday morning and did not get back home till after 9 last night.
Sometimes unexpected showings are the most productive.
Lou, next time Cecilia is gone to visit family have what you want done house; Joanne is not into decorating or changes but she will help cleanup afterwards.
It's always great to see multi generation families involved in church activities.
Church is only thing on agenda today,
Doctors early tomorrow morning,

Afternoon BBB.
DS#2 and DW on way back to NYC. Good to have him home if only for a day and a half.
No training today. Group trained yesterday but I was working. Trying to motivate myself to get some things done around house. Kind of a yucky day here.
Hope the showing goes well and produces an offer, Raine.

Back at the homefront now.
Had a nice laid back weekend at the lake
No fishing today, the neighbor had his boat parked in front of our dock working on the motor all day? Hmmmmm. Thats all.
Taking a pto day tomorrow. I won't get paid out on the pto I have coming, so might as well use it. I need to harvest tomatos and do some Garden work. Get groceries for the week etc.
Picked up some bi colored fresh corn on way home tonite. 45 cents an ear. 13 for $5. I bet it's good we'll see tomorrow.
Hopefully you get an offer Raine. Having Ponies as a good sign!
