So disappointing I was called into work unexpected so although I stayed within my calories and logged everything I didn't have time to exercise for 20 mins I'm also 1,638 steps under my goal ~ feeling fed up !!7 -

slow day, really didnt wanna do anything, its sunday thoughl so there's not much pressure to do the most today. i did some laundry. and walked for about 2 hours, then lounged around rest of the day. need the rest for the incoming week of exercises!!

Exercise: I got up before sunrise and I was at the barn by 6:00 a.m. The presunrise in the east was literally gilding the pink clouds with a bright rim of gold. It was beautiful. I was very active with the horse on the ground as well as an invigorating 90 minutes in the saddle. Lots of personal walking too.

@RangerRickL, you posted to someone else about the IT band, but that tip really helped me. I forgot all about it, and my knees have been aching. I rolled the IT bands out last night and knee pain is gone today. You never know who you're gonna help.

Yes x 3 for me, weightlifting for exercise. Way under calories, which is weird, and a first for me. Maybe it was that vaccine, but just didn't want to eat. Then I got scary notes from myfitnesspal that I'd better eat more, geez.2 -
