    I was under my calories but I didn’t exercise I don’t know why I’m still doing this but I’m doing it

    I have been sick for several days so I've had to take 3 pass days already. I have had respiratory infection with fever and throat pain worse than I have experienced ever. Finally got meds yesterday from the Doc. Feeling much better today so have been able to get exercise. Hopefully will be better. On the brighter side when they weighed my I was over a pound lighter. I think it was because I couldn't swallow.

    Exercise? Yes...double duty today to make up for some poor food choices...SO 40 minute walk this morning, 30 minutes low impact aerobics this afternoon and 60 minute walk this evening
    Calories? Within allowance...but I eat back all of my exercise calories for maintenance

    Had a rough morning ate unhealthy but redeemed myself for rest of day. Overall a good day.

    It was a difficult day but I'm glad I made it through!

    Exercise: Yea I guess, felt too weak to do much so i did some aerobics and swept the house and did some push ups+lunges
    Calories: Yes, it was tough to not go overboard tho

    I hit a health goal!! I got my period back after it being gone for nearly a whole year. I'm so happy but now I feel super weak, feverish, and very depressive and dysmorphic so sticking to my routine is a bit difficult until I feel better.
    I'm also getting a lot of cravings,I'm 11 days binge/overeating free and this is usually the time my willpower starts to break, but not this time!!! It's way too easy to just buy whatever junk food I want and eat it all in one night, so I gotta fight that urge. 💪🌟

    My report is much wimpier:

    Exercise: I barely got in 25 minutes of walking.

    I did day 2 of b4lift4. It was legs. Hoping I can still run tomorrow! I also talked for 40 min tonight. Feeling much better than last night.
