Started tracking and daily jogging in January, lost 20 lbs by June. Took a long break for July, and back to tracking in August. Resting my knees until end of September, but after that I would love a running buddy!

    Hi! Our stats are pretty similar. I’m 33yo, 5’5 (165cm) and CW is 168”bs/76kg. My first GW is 145lbs/65kg, and then I will reassess. I imagine my final GW will be something around 135-140lbs (62-65kg). I know this is an older post, but if you’re still looking for motivation, feel free to get in touch.
