I am having a hard time with the app, can anyone help, or is it just a sucky app????

    What app are you referring to? MFP on your phone?

    Do you mean the bode app I know of it but dont use it myself

    Yes - the bode app.... it lets you pick your meals from a very limited list of recipes, but wont let you create your own, it was a free app.... maybe it will be updated at some point
