Another great day with Freestyle! That's 3 now, all under 20 SP. Dd27 cooks on Wednesdays and Thursdays ... I'll have to consider how much to leave for that. I made these delicious wraps for lunches this week - grilled chicken with Shake-n-Bake Panko, sweet red bell pepper slices, apple slices, and laughing cow cheese on a Tumaros wrap. 3 SP. I add some Pensey's Sandwich Sprinkle, too, and have it with a baggie of grapes. YUM.
Dd27 is meeting with a lawyer today, with her daddy and grandpa, to get the ball rolling on a divorce. She's doing well, but a little scared about today and how her dh will react. She is moving carefully and trying hard to make the right decisions for all involved, and I am very proud of her. I told her that, from my vantage point, she is doing the best she can, which is all anyone could ever ask in any given circumstance. He is probably still going to be a problem, but she cannot control that. I firmly believe that other people's behaviors define THEM, and OURS define US. She has to make the choices that protect Anabelle and honor her, even if that means he will be angry, providing she is not trying to be hurtful or callous, which she is NOT.

Steph, I hope the ceiling turned out the way you want! We did some projects this weekend, too ... my favorite was recovering the headboard with a beautiful silvery gray fabric. It used to be dark brown, so this made a big change in our bedroom. I love it!
Dennis, join us in losing it again! You can do it! Dave, you, too! It's more fun with friends!

Mornin' BBB.
Amazing the humongous homes that have been built on this wee island that has no bridge or ferry to it. Main way to get on and off the island is by plane or chopper. Besides an airport, it also has a 18 hole golf course. Quite an exclusive place. The rocks around it are good for striper fishing, so I often check out the inhabitants and their activities.
Praying for your DD27 and Annabelle, Lisa. Does her soon to be ex need a little attitude adjustment? I know a guy.
Steph, I thought the same thing about crushing glasses, LOL!

Good morning. I missed yesterday somehow.
I got a book on metabolism. It worked well for my sister who’s lost over 30 pounds by finding out what foods trigger inflammation. I need to lose 20.
“HENRY” is the name fir the pup. We fly into FLL Sunday the 16th. Rental car one way home. We went round and round on how to get this dog here. It’s not the cost but the care. We know we will be best. Went over to the dog training and day care yesterday to
Check that out. Looks like we will use them. Also, got a vet and first appointment scheduled.
Better get up and get moving.

Ordered me new specs yesterday. Missed out f/timing to get a "expert opinion" - went with retro chic nerdy black frames. With luck they'll arrive Friday!
Today is day two of basement repairs. Next week is carpet replacement. What a mess.... Hopefully this is the last of the big projects.

So sorry to hear MKE and the region was a washout, Mary! We had the most oppressive heat wave in years here. It was ugly. The weatherman simply said "....swampass" for the forecast!

Good morning.
I'm in for 5, Lisa. But, I plan on being a cranky sumbitch about it. And I don't shave my legs, so the cheerleader outfit might not look very good.
WW has done something to my ETools. The credit card attached to it has expired. So, I respond to the email saying I'm staff and they need to tell me what to do and they reply back hours later with a canned email telling me how to change my credit card. I replied back saying to read the email because I'm staff. Ahhh... Good old CS. Glad to see they haven't changed.

Meeting with real estate agent went fine. He suggested a few small tweaks and if we sign with him offers 1 hour with an interior designer. He gave us a number that is a little under what we thought but will see what the others say.
On a vacation today. Plan to organized a couple of closets and laundry. Raining again so unless it improves no bike ride.0 -

Praying for a smooth process in a difficult life transition for your DD, Lisa. The family support she is getting is invaluable, I am sure.
Hanging in the hotel room, drinking weak kuerig (sp?) coffee while DW showers. One down side of hotels: if they offer in-room coffee making, it's never very good. It will serve until we go down for breakfast. Will take a long walk down the beach afterwards and just spend a lazy day with my honey.0 -

Gym workout in, need to plan out yoga class for this afternoon; try to change it up to keep interesting yet cover all muscle groups and joints while making it relaxing.
Lou, having same issue where they are cutting off e-tools, told to send e-mail to staffsupport@weightwatchers.com; they have not responded. District manager sent me an e-mail telling me I did not get her approval to be gone 3 weeks other than fall training I do not understand issue I have someone working meetings for me and they are not having to pay mileage.
Prayers will continue for DD27, even though one knows what is best for all there will be continuing questioning if right decision is made and could this work; as I told couple this weekend unless issue is identified and individual is willing to work to change nothing is going to change, In case this weekend guy admits he has issues and is seeing anger counselor; his issues go back to his parents and how he was raised. Which goes back to when choosing a mate look at parents because that is what was implanted into individual and its a lot of dynamics to change one.
Henry sounds good, with Sally is he going to have the battered puppy syndrome?
One must question how much it takes to own and maintain an estate like that, but Lee we know once lottery comes in you will have it.
DW purchased a new refrigerator yesterday, know old one making lots of noise but it still works only 12 years old, now which one to keep one in basement that came with house or put one from kitchen in basement and donate other? Makes no sense to me, I remember refrigerators lasting 20-30 years.
Leave in 4 days, DD and DW still concerned we do not have enough stuff; I'm of opinion that if it does not fit in suitcase it will not be needed.
