PCOS Diet

Well Sunday I began my PCOS diet. Gluten free, dairy free & sticking with eating fruits, veggies & meats. I definately have to say it has already been a little hard but I'm proud of myself for not giving in to the temptations. And let me tell you the temptations were definately hitting me in the face when we had a BBQ for labor day! I found a great site PCOS Diet support that finally made me understand why I should try this diet. I just want to see a difference with my symptoms & mainly my weight. This whole gluten free & dairy free thing isn't a joke. It takes a lot of hard work. But not eating those things is making me realize what I really crave.
