Just watched a really interesting show on BBC2 showing how the diet industry developed over the last 60+ years in the US & UK.

There is also another one on later tonight - The Men who made us Fat! I'll be watching that too.
A lot of what I knew already, but nice to see it on a show. Not sure if you can access iplayer outside of the UK, if u can its worth a look.
