A few of you mentioned that you'd like to lose a few pounds, too, like I'm working toward. Are you serious? Would you like to do it together?
Here's what I'm proposing: a daily thread to share daily progress. I'm doing WW, so I could share my SP and, if so inclined, my food for the each day. (at least the pointed stuff ... I don't track the zeros.) When I was first losing 12 years ago, I did this with a group of women I met on the message boards. We NEVER missed a day, and it was super-helpful for me to have that accountability! We could also share how much we WANT to lose, and how much progress we make toward that. I want to lose 5. I'm 8 pounds below goal right now, so it's not about that, but it's about a pair of pants that I haven't wore in a while that I'd like to wear again.
Who's in? We'll start today, HERE, if you are. If the thread dies off, I'll let it go with dignity.

I got taken out for lunch by a vendor yesterday and I had to make good choices. 😥
I can tell you what I do pretty much on a daily basis since it's pretty much locked in M-F.
Breakfast
Subway egg white melt w/ pepperjack
Banana (at some point in the AM)
Lunch
Salad (3 oz greens, onions, peppers)
Stsrkist tuna pouch (1 or 2 SP if it's flavored)
Dinner
Whatever Cecilia makes for around 15 SP.
I set my target at 25. I still honor the GHG's and think WW needs to bring them back. If you're checking those boxes, you're already eating healthier. And I still have a slab of cake on Friday night no matter what shenanigans I got into over the week.0 -
Okay, I'm in for 10.
I had a homemade Egg McMuffin this morning with coffee and a teaspoon of fat free half and half. Same breakfast almost every morning for the past 5 years.0 -
I'm leaving on a cruise Saturday and will back the 23rd, you can put me down for 30 lbs then.
WW sent me an e-mail today saying I had 999 days left on my subscription, could not pull up app but my daily SP is 27 currently.
Knowing what others eat and how to prepare is very helpful.0 -

Ok .. my day:
Breakfast: 2 eggs with veggies - 0 SP
Snack: Baggie of grapes - 0
Lunch: Chicken/apple wrap - 3
Snack: microwave popcorn - 4
Dinner: Turkey sausage with roasted veggies - 6
Snack: cheesecake yogurt with warm cherries - 0
Total: 13, out of the 23 I get.

Good day yesterday. Today will be a bigger challenge as we are going to dinner with neighbors to a Mexican restaurant.
