    Reflecting on the weekend. We ate at home most meals so that was terrific!!

    So far today pretty great.
    1 slice of turkey. 1 cheese stick a ham sandwich with a small bag of chips and a handful of grapes.
    Up to 9000 steps. Getting ready to go to Pilates.

    Breakfast - protein bar, banana. Lunch protein bar, veggie drink, and a couple apple wedges. Snack will be 2 pluots.

    Breakfast was AMAZING. I mix nonfat plain Greek yogurt with sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix often, and I had some of this in the fridge. I scooped it over a banana and added Penzey's cake spice (it's the same spice combo that's in a spice cake ... oh my!) over it all. Wow! That spice took it to the next level for sure! 1 SP.

    Lunch: leftovers of the plate I pictured on today's thread. 0 SP.

    Snack: WW Maple Honey Waffle Bites - 2 SP

    Dinner: Taco salad, made with lettuce, tomatoes, seasoned ground beef (96% ff), cheddar, black beans, Fritos, and lite 1000 Island dressing. - 9

    Snack tonight - not sure yet.

    Breakfast protein drink
    Lunch half of a sourdough burger and 10 fries
    Dinner half of a baked potato, baked chicken and 2 oz pulled pork, toast plus a couple sips of Ron’s IPA
