Breakfast - chicken breast and watermelon (don't judge me) - 0
Snack - banana - 0
Lunch - pork tenderloin and watermelon - 2
Snack - WW chocolate mug cake with 1 Tbs. butterscotch chips - 7
Dinner - Panda Express Beef and Broccoli with vegetables - 4
Snack - not sure yet ... I'll post later!

That leaves me 8 to spend, if I want.

    Egg mcmuffin for breakfast.
    Passed on lunch.
    A banana and fika midafternoon.
    A great salad for dinner with steak, chicken and shrimp. No idea how many pts but it couldn't have been too bad.
    Peach cup as a snack tonight.

    I ended up having 1 cup of ice cream last night with friends, for 15 SP. That means I used 30 out of my 23 Daily, leaving me with 41 Weeklies for this week (I got a lot of rollovers on the other days).

    Tonight is date night, so I may use a few more of those Weeklies. We'll see.

    Good morning.

    7 point lunch (courtesy of WW Training) completely hosed my finger food dinner since I only had 10 points left.

    Today will be all about beer.
