Gluten Free & Dairy Free

Tomorrow will be 1 week since I have gone totally gluten free & dairy free. It's been a hell of a week! I want normal food! LOL! I bought all kinds of gluten free items & I have to say EVERYTHING SUCKED! I don't like the texture or the taste. I also tried vegan cheese to try & replace regular & it was awful. The only product I bought this week was a cauliflower crust to make homemade pizza. The crust was decent but my pizza was ruined because I couldn't get over the gross vegan cheese. So, I have just been sticking to fruits, veggies, meats & nuts. I have only been drinking water, unsweetened tea & using almond milk in my shakes/smoothies. Going gluten free & dairy free is hard. I feel a little irritable when I'm watching my family eat food. But the positive out of this is that my skin is clearing up, I'm losing weight & my normal day to day swelling in my feet is gone.

Does anyone else also do the gluten & dairy free diet?
