Gastric sleeve and postpartum

Hi everyone,
I had my sleeve done in 2016 and lost over 100lbs my lowest weight was 109 however I maintained at 125. Two years after sleeve surgery I found out I was unexpectedly pregnant regardless off all the prevention I was using. I just had my baby on August 2nd and weighed 178 when I had him. I now weigh 164. I'm eager to get back to loosing the weight. I would be happy at 135 however hitting 125 would be amazing. I'm 24 years old and just looking for support and guidance as I try to loose again after having a baby. Anyone out here have a sleeve then a baby and then lost the weight again!? I'm not breastfeeding
