Setting up for October

That's right... weeks in advance! What better way to get prepared & dominate the new month by setting goals in place. Yeah!
You don't have to break your month down completely, but I would love to see what you come up with that could potentially motivate or help someone else get a start to how they can get moving.

Me personally: I have hip and knee tissue issues so my goal is to literally walk all month long and work on my upper body. Share your ideas and accomplishments.

    I am going to jump start myself into this just to warm up starting next week. Planning and tinkering with different routines and goals just to better have and idea of how I wanna go about it come October. Better preparing myself for a successful month. That’s not a bad idea right?
