Sticking with the program. Staying at the same weight, but that's okay. I know I am eating less ,and healthier foods.0

Stayed the same weight for the last weeks. Lost a pound in all, and that's okay. I have a aways to go. This exercise has taught me that eating the right foods helps me maintain health and energy. I am looking forward to attaining my overall goal of a proper BMI. Good luck to everyone!1
