Several of you have posted about this principle.
That is one of the biggest reasons that I make my lunch in the morning and carry it to the office. I used to go to a restaurant every workday. What a waste of time, money and calories.

Yes x3 today. Have a bad chesty cough so just did light weights for strength training this morning. It all felt so easy compared to usual!6

Yes another successful day. I did skip lunch time yoga but decided a nap was a better form of rest. Did a tough gym class in the morning and my knee was a bit tender so iced and rested it when possible during the day. Wore my brace at Jiu Jitsu for protection but didn't have any niggles at all so the rest was good.
Food is all logged and on track. Looking forward to a treat meal with the girls on Friday evening!6 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, a 60 minute Align and Define yoga class in the morning, and a 60 minute Hatha yoga class, followed by a 60 minute Pilates Mat class this evening. Pilates instructor really worked us this evening....love it!!!
