3.5 weeks postpartum & hogging crazy :(

I am 3.5 postpartum as of today and very concerned about over eating.
Pre pregnancy I had lost over 22lbs with lots of exercise and healthy diet. It took about 3 months but I did it with total dedication.
Never took a single calorie for granted.

Now post pregnancy I seem to eat everything that is edible 😣 I hate what I am doing and desperate to count. But feel hungry every couple of hours. I am exclusively breastfeeding the baby and lost about 16-18lbs of 30-32 lbs pregnancy weight and it has stalled now . Wouldn’t be wrong to say I added couple of pounds instead. I am frustrated thinking how dedicated I was and now I feel totally out of control.
My culture advocates some nutritious high calorie food to keep up with the postpartum. It definitely works but feel it’s also working against my weight management. Feel frustrated already because i haven’t got yes from my Dr to exercise, not able to control food,nor losing any extra pounds via breastfeeding.

Sorry for the long post. Anyone in same boat ?
