Yup, back here again. Gave up bigtime last time. I had dieted and worked hard only to find my scales were not recording well and I was actually a whole stone heavier than I had thought. Sent me into cake decline. But I;m back, trying now to restart and be a steady and slow diet success.

    Hi Sara! We're glad you're back! I wouldn't still be here if it weren't for the nice and supportive friends that I have made in mfp. The challenges we are doing now are a lot of fun, you should join the Oct. challenge.
