Our challenge is to lose 4% of our current weight during the month of October. This challenge will run October 1st to October 31st. To calculate your October goal multiply your current weight by .04. For example, if you weigh 250 lbs, multiply 250 by .04 which equals 10. Your goal would be to lose 10 lbs. We will check in each Sunday to see where we are to our individual goals. Best of luck to each of you and persevere!

Good morning and Happy October! I am in and I have 7.7 pounds to get rid of for this challenge. I think this a completely doable goal and there is nothing like a challenge to motivate (fun fact: I married my late husband on a double dare: I am not one to back down from a challenge!)!
