since this is edmonton and weight loss i thought i'd share. anyone in the athlone area we have a walking club, wednesday's at 7pm. meet at the community hall and explore the neighbourhood for an hour, no kids! bring the dog! meet your neighbours and get your feet moving!!! there's usually someone out there rain or shine, check in with the athlone community league facebook page or watch for the newsletter for further information!!
