Looking for my twin(s), where you all at?
I lost over 100 then gained back 60, and became a serial starter. Finally cut the bullsh*t and back on track with my eating, starting to tackle getting back to the gym. I’m a weightlifter (when active!) who does cardio only because coach says I gotta.

I'm close but trailing behind you. I'm 51 and 6' tall. At my highest, I was 440. I watched everything meticulously and lifted regularly to get down to a fit 240 before getting distracted.
I slowly nded up back at 360. I'm now back on track (only since the start of the year) but still at 347.2. I would also much rather lift but force myself to do cardio. My body is clearly built more for the former than the latter.0
