Im.weighing in next week...I know I lost weight but have been really sick and just started.feeling better it will be a big loss and then I'll get bummed when reality hits....so.that's my story and im.sticking it lol๐ great job guys and I'll here to do this next.thursday!๐ผ2

I'm also weighing in later.. hope that's ok. My weight is fluctuating probably due to glycogen and I just want to see what happens after a few more days.. it should plateu at something by then.1

Since 10/11 for me who.was at a blasted plateau for at least 3 weeks..woot! I'm surprised and so happy to see positivity on the progress! Thanks to you guys!!! You're all inspiring๐
GW....I think anywhere from 160 to 140....I used to dance ballet for many years even in the Boston Ballet for a few years....not as a primary but in the chorus and it was hard work๐ช I was 120 to 125 and looked skeletal!!๐...I am only 5'2" so it sound weird and I'm always embarrassed by the number when people known it and are consistently asking me if I'm sure I weigh that.much? !!! Me: no I just love to say I weigh more for the fun of it ๐

I can't wait until I hit the 170s! First week was hard for sure. I was hungry. I had some cheats but overall was good with eating.

The ballet was a great time! Not as glam as a prima ballerina but it was fun, extremely hard work but the performances were spectacular!!๐

I often weigh myself everyday when I'm eating in a deficit. I'm hoping more of our members participate in the weekly weigh in. Doesn't matter what day you do it. It's nice to see other's weight drop, plateau, gain. Everyone is human.0

Your kicking butt!! That's awesome. So great to break a plateau. Keep going. What ever you are doing is working!
I'm always impressed when I come across artists like your self with ballet who have taken it to the next level.. Boston ballet! amazing achievement! You are a true athlete to do ballet!. I remember going to the ballet and watching swan lake and crying like a baby..it was so beautiful. I had never seen anything like it. the Owl king was so ripped. I remember thinking that you must need to work out really hard to be a dancer.
I'm into martial arts kung fu so a different world of arts ๐คฃ. I'm the worst dancer in the world very traditional bopping.. I think I dance better with alcohol but I'm told its worse. I want to take my kids to the ballet when they are old enough to appriciate it. On my to do list ๐. Are you still dancing or teaching it?1 -

Almost there... it's been 7yrs and 3 kids and health issues.. i put on weight due stress trying to conceive my first child and then a scary pregnancy and almost lost my baby girl. I ate to comfort myself because I was so emptional and terrified most of the time.. she is a perfect 7yr old now and you would never know.
I can see my goal in sight now. The trick and challenge will be to see how I go at maitence.. I really want to keep it off for good.

Keep going! It's the consistency which is the key, never mind the bumps in the road. Put it behind you. Everyone has a bad week of eating from time to time.. you've got the long game.0 -

Awesome! Keep going at it you will hit the 170's for sure. I weigh every few days. I hear that people are divided on if you should weigh in every day or once a week.. I wpuld go with what ever feels good for you. My 2 cents- If you find yourself obessing or getting too caught up in slight variations (which happen and are normal), then stop and go weekly.0 -
Thanks for the kind words Nicole. That's the kind of motivation I need to start my week. I work 8 days on and then get 6 days off. Often the 6 days off are the hardest because my kids are constantly eating so I end up grazing all day.
Remember to get your flu shot everybody. Protect the heard.1 -

You're too kind, and my hubby is a 5th degree black belt and also kickboxer...or at least was before he got hurt, so I have a huge appreciation for those arts as well! It's all about the chi as as says and I probably misspelled lol
I have very muscular legs, great posture and have almost broken every toe on each foot๐ glamorous I know๐

I danced chorus in both and idk who was your owl King but the guys I danced with we're insanely cut and jacked! Another perk lol

PS drinking after some "hey juice" is my go to too!๐๐น. I call it hey juice because I usually say " hey watch this!" After I have some and commence to so something I would NEVER do if I left that dam juice alone!!๐๐

I lost less than half a pound, bummer, but I also totally derailed the latter part of the week. Ate candy, granola bars, chips.
Logging in my food really helps me see how bad stuff is! I was way over my sugar and fat limit on multiple days. So I'm glad that at least I'm journaling to see things in black and white so to speak.
But it's ok and onwards!!1 -

Hello Dedicated Peeps!!
Looks like we are all in the same boat with some over indulging over this past week...I sort of have a love hate relationship with the holidays ๐ I love decorating, get togethers, cooking, entertaining and family and friends....๐
I hate all the food favorites and extra treats we have and all the anxiety and stress when things don't go as planned...๐.
Halloween is obvious with the candy, so my solution was to get candy I don't like....but funny thing...I STILL ARE IT๐คท๐คฆ

@RexTibet we had the same week lol and loss...but you are so right about journalling! I am a picker over a meal eater and those bites and nibbles add up! It's helped me see the benefit of meals vs picking all day, it's huge! Good job my friend!!!!!๐
@Cycle_pathic I agree as well!!๐ Those late games didn't help my munchies...it's amazing how getting to bed early or on time has a positive affect on your weight loss....However....In this instance....it was so worth staying up to watch them take it all the way!!!!๐๐๐ yeah sox!!!!๐woo!!!
