    HOA Meeting tonight.....

Who offended Lou? Where in the world is our Chi-Chap? Reckon the roommate offed him? Wouldn't that make a great Lifetime move script? Yikes.

Romeos on both sides of the lake.....Do you all meet or separate groups?

Raine - sending vibes for a sale!!!!

Hows AB and Tess faring with the Black Cat, Lee?

    Mornin' BBB.

Tess is desperately trying to make friends. Babe is with Billy the Greek right now.

    Go Brew Crew!

Chimney deconstruction. Yikes. What a SNAFU. Good thing you have your firepit.

Hoping for a SOLD sign in Wacounda.

Saw an Airstream Mercedes Camper bus this weekend. Did not get to go inside, but it was the size of a medium length motor home.

    BBB OP ;-)

    Good Morning!

Second morning of record low temps in KC. Looking at 27 right now. That's just crazy!

I'm hoping for a sold sign too.

Skip, I missed this about the fireplace. On your new house? Faulty construction?

    Have a great day!

    Good morning BBB friends.

I love fall weather. Taking advantage, today, by heading for Mount Rainier. I'll be hiking above timberline, on the east side of the mountain.

Well - its a comedy of errors. The HOA made the builder put in a chimney as we are a corner/high visibility lot. So they had to cut my foundation to move my walkout basement to another area and put in the chimney.

The new area for the new door (foundation) cracked miserably? Why? Glad you asked. They didn't install a header! I called the county inspector out (along with the grand leadership from our builder) and while here - the County Inspector said "gee, I don't see any record of permit for that beautiful chimney!" Lo' and behold - chimney has to come down; permitted and reinstalled.

yup - and they wonder why we drink.

Good morning... 37F here, and the heat went on in the 59F house last night, and is set at 68F

Leaves are coming down in heaps.

We get to go the brand new arena in downtown MKE, Fiserv Forum, Wed. night to see Foo Fighters concert, HBD2ME

Yay Brewers!!!! And the Packers win as well.

Skip, I assume this is all on the builder as for costs, etc.?!

    Enjoy your hike, Dave!

    Good to see ya, Steve!

(((Henry))) its like having a baby again, isn't Kelly!

The RV site I look at has a ton of full time campers, even some folks with kids they home school, really interesting living for sure! Most are now heading south or west for the winter now.

    Have a great day!

You bet the builder's dime is footing this bill!

Foo Fighters concert v. Rowing machine.... Hmmmmm? I know I'd choose jamming.....

    Happy Happy Birthday......

Our sprinter will be similar to the airstream but not as expensive. Hoping to spend $50k on the van and less than $20 to finish it out. A high quality solar system and lithium batteries will be almost half of that.

Snowed all day Sunday and major freeze over night. Sunny and 50 today.

18yo niece wrecked her car a couple of weeks ago (actually Ron's old Infiniti...papa gave it to her recently) so I drove her to her follow up concussion appointment. It's been almost an hour so hopefully done soon.

We have a spare car without Ron working but no way am I loaning it to her. She has had 2 accidents in less than a year. She can walk to work so no real need for one except it is a cold walk in winter. She isn't going to school.

    Good evening, folks.

The rumors of my demise have been greatly exaggerated. The roommate missed work yesterday to recover from his butt-hurt. He's back today, much humbler for the experience because his peers continued to tease him via text and whatnot for the past few days.

you are NOT helping your case, Lou!

".....roommate missed work yesterday to recover from his butt-hurt"

What kind of conference were you attending (asking for a friend)?
