Help!!!

Hello!
I am 11 weeks pregnant! and already gained 7kgs (15lbs). I am 5’2 and weigh 70kgs(154lbs) I have always struggled with loosing weight. I had however started a very healthy routine of clean eating and exercise, which seems to have gone down the drain now. I have read unhealthy weight gain affects the baby’s health too but I haven’t found any advise on how to reduce the weight I piled on by making poor choices and giving into cravings/temptations..

Any suggestions on simple workout at home to loose the unhealthy weight please.
