Yay for week three and yay for the friends and support here. Can't believe it's only three weeks since I recommitted to this. Can honestly say I feel so much better than I did three weeks ago. I am grateful to this challenge for keeping me on track.

Hi all, this is my first post as when I first calculated 4% I never thought I’d be able to lose it as I knew I had a very busy month with tax exams. However... I’ve had a good last couple of weeks so thought I’d go all in for the last week!
Starting weight: 263.6 4% = 10.6lbs
Week 1: 262
Week 2: 269
Week 3: 255
Loss so far = 8.6lbs
2 more to go this week!

I lost what I gained last week, so that's something...I'm struggling to balance calories with breastfeeding hunger, so it's all a learning curve for me right now. Wish me luck this coming week!2 -

Not much of a loss this week but considering the past few weeks' numbers, it's a good average and not much more to my goal!1
