I can't believe it's already the 20th. This month has gone so fast!! Cough still persists but otherwise I feel alright. Low energy but I'm pushing past it...

This month has been a tough one getting back into the grove but feeling much better. I was sick and weak for the last couple months from one thing and then another.
I'm actually doing the minimum exercising but I feel so much better physically. It even effects my mood. Planning on pushing harder next month. Only 10 more days to go
