It is customary in the UAC to celebrate Non-Scale-Victories at mid-month.
For me, I am doing surprisingly well with the new uncomfortable exercises being thrown at me by my Monday morning professional bodybuilder trainer.
My cardio is great and my asthma is under control.
What about you?

One you never see on the lists, but is a NSV for me ... (and boy is Hubby glad fro this one1 LOL)
No more SNORING! (started after my weight increase .... gone again now that I'm not so heavy)4 -
Yes x 3
NSV for me this month is that I've been able to increase my exercise without causing any injuries. That is a big deal for me.6 -
My NSV this month is definitely my health. I was overweight until my late 30's and have only been living a healthy lifestyle for 3 years, yet in the intense health screening I am going through for kidney donation, every test they send me for comes back with good results, often way above what is classed normal. So grateful that the years of bad choices did not affect my health and even more motivated to stick to the healthy lifestyle.7

Exercise - 2h road cycling with sprints + 1h gym cross training
Calories - yes
Tracked - yes
On the mend. Physio confirmed no serious damage done, I'm just still not done with all the bruising and that will take more work and time to go. Although going downstairs this morning was funny, it definitely turned into a better day after cycling. Way to go!
Feeling strong today.6 -
Yes x3 for 14/11 and today.
My NSV for this month is that I stuck to healthy cooking and managed to limit my emotional eating when my partner was in hospital. A few years ago that never would have happened!7 -

Exercised?: Yes (7km in 56mins - hills).
Calories?: Yes
Tracked?: Yes
Work from home. Better weather today.
Well under in calories.
@RangerRickL. Yay, NSV day.
Biggest NSV is inspiring my wife that change for the better, health wise, is possible. She is now lighter than she has ever been in her adult life, off 2 of the 4 diabetes medications and only 1lb from being merely overweight BMI range (instead of the obese range). All this from following UAC principles (track, stay in budget and daily activity).
Looking forward to a longer, happier, healthier life with her.
Other NSV would be that I am now a year in full maintenance and have not changed size. I have also maintained strength and fitness level though that entire time.9 -
NSV. My eating and exercise program is starting to become who I am, not something with a start that wI'll end with a certain number on the scale. This is what I hoped would happen as I need to continue this for the rest of my life. (Even if I never see that magic number on the scale, I am very happy with where I am right noe.)8

Two not so good days. Was off and just had so many errands I didn't work out. I did put Yes for exercise, because I was moving all day. I don't like to count, if it's not truly exercise. This time I counted it, because I wanted to acknowledge I was still doing something. I'm back on track today and I'm not stopping. My clothes are fitting better and some progress on the scale.

NSV = the silly small things like having to tighten my watch strap ~ who would have thought I had fat wrists LOL5 -
My NSV is that I continue to remain in maintenance as we approach T-Giving here in the US. While many of you might be envious of being in a maintenance position, I can assure you maintaining requires every bit as much mindfulness, diligence, effort and determination as losing or gaining. Why do you think the last few pounds are always the most difficult to get off? Weight is not static. One in maintenance still needs to count calories, log and exercise while continually making adjustments (both up and down) to maintain in a healthy weight range. While active in MFP for just over a year and UAC for just under a year, I have been on this journey with other programs since 2011. Other team mates who share in maintenance with me understand the concept that it is a lifetime commitment as opposed to a one-time goal. You each have an NSV for this month in that you are still right here with us mid-month, so we can all continue to cheer each other on! Keep up the good work. I am so very proud of everyone on our team. Thank you for being here for me and for everyone else. GO TEAM!7

My favourite NSV you have already mentioned - having more energy! It makes every aspect of life better. Next on the list is being able to wrap the bath towel all the way around! Feeling ordinary and inconspicuous in stores, on buses etc is also great.

Tracked all!

Totally relate to the maintenance aspect, but in the last 3 years I have maintained around 70-72 kgs with occasionally going up to about 75kgs (birthday month etc). As soon as I get back into my normal routine, I get back to my usual. Still trying to get the usual to be 66-68 kg instead, but working at it!
Awesome jiu jitsu class last night (as always!!!) Love summer so I can walk to class (and normally convince someone to drop me at home afterwards!)
All tracked and within limits, even though lunch turned into a large double thick peanut butter milkshake. Supper ended up being the planned lunch of hummus and veggies to fit in.
Noticed another nsv today. It's summer so beach days are being planned and chilling in the sun. I am actually very comfortable with my body these days. It's not perfect but it's probably better than I think because I always notice the not so perfect parts first.2 -

NSV is having more energy to enjoy this time of year even though the shorter sunlight days and stormy weather usually keep me inside more in the past.
