I appreciate my strength, creative problem solving, kindness, genuine positive attitude, my passion for helping others’ grow, my deep curiosity/love of learning, and my drive for health.
I was walking in my house when I heard a radio report that parents not have their kids run around inside either, so I didn’t get to my typical 10-12K. Health first.
I have long suspected that the reason I’ve been successful this time losing weight is daily exercise. I now KNOW this to be true.
I won’t likely be in the winner’s circle unless the smoke somehow magically disappears overnight, but I will keep updating here!

Last day of a friend's visit, went slightly over in calories. Might have been ok if I had a workout but I hibernated. Besides a target run I didn't even get a walk in.3 -

I’m pretty bummed out as I have made Winner’s Circle for quite awhile now.
I’m trying to cut back calories to what I burned today, but I’m used to eating more. Either way, I’m not giving up!1
