Tracked, exercised but went over in calories. My goal when eating out is not to surpass maintenance calories...I was well under in that regard.
But my main goal at the moment is weight loss, so I was over !

All No's but one Yes. Trust me. Logging has still made me more accountable. I'm exercising more and just getting my life organized by making small changes of accountability. My weight loss is more consistent, because I'm more accountable and I'm not giving up when I make small mistakes. I'm getting back up and continuing the next day.
