Congratulations to all the winner's! I'm back on board too. October was my first month. I hope to do better this month since I have the hang of things. I plan to track better, be more involved in some of the daily discussions and loss about 8 pounds in the process.

Today (Nov. 2) is a new beginning and I'm happy to be back on track, and to be back in the challenge. This time I won't quit just because of a few mistakes, I'm here to the end! 💪

    Yay YOU! That's the attitude!

    Exercised? Yes!
    Under goal? Yes!
    Tracked everything? Yes!
(Also, is it okay if I log this the morning after? It seems to fit my schedule better and keep me on track for the next day)

    Personal goals for November:

    1. Plan to be in winners circle (track everything as expected in this UAC)
    2. Not more than 3 pass days
    3. Stay honest (even if it puts me out of the circle for the month)
    4. Forgive my mistakes (forgive myself) and don't leave the UAC for this month even if I failed
    5. Encourage others where possible.

Looking forward to a successful November!

    Isn't that annoying! :D

I actually don't log my exercise on MFP - I walk less than 3 miles usually so it's not much in terms of calories. Sometimes I'll only log just enough minutes to "stay" under my calories, lol

    Pass Day 1

Took a me day and didn't log or exercise. Food choices weren't great but as I student leave the house they were not too bad. I dont keep unhealthy options at home, so although I ate more than ideal the food wasn't too unhealthy in itself.

Although it wasn't great for this challenge, it was a good way for me to spend a day (as long as it is occasionally).
