What are your plans for new years eve? I'll most likely spend the night in but I'll be skinnier, hopefully
Anything else about yourself: Struggling with emotional overeating so I'll be trying to do things like meditation to regulate my emotions better. I'll also be doing intermittent fasting and walking.

Anything else: I have lost 53 lbs. already, but, as so often happens, got off track, the weight is creeping back up, and I'm having trouble getting back in the groove!! I'm also an emotional overeater. It's amazing to me how I can do so well, and then....BAM!....it's like a totally different person takes control, and I'm in the pig trough..oink-oink!!
Looking forward to being an active member of this group!!
