Exercise Done? 30 mins treadmill (low intensity)
Any Non-Scale Victories? I've lasted three days intermittent fasting, woohoo!

    Exercise- A 60 minute Pilates Mat class and 60 minutes strength training.
    NSV- Took time for my meditation practice which has been lacking.
