    Good Morning!

Skip, sounds like you had a wild weekend! I trust you had a great time with your dad.

Lee, it probably feels good to have Babe home again for awhile.

Did someone say they are moving to Florida? Raine, I hope you end up with a great contract and house sale. Sounds like you have a workable deal even if it does not sell out right quickly.

I hope that everyone has a great day today!

    Mornin' BBB.

    Happy Monday (with feeling).

Glad Boston threw a wet blanket on Puig.

Fixed my wee tractors steering linkage yesterday and then, feeling empowered, went to put new t-handles on door to my truck cap and it was the wrong part. Ugh. Had to reorder and return old part. Didn't discover issue until removed old rusted handles that required a little muscle to remove. So one of the removed handles was in no shape to put back in place. So now just one handle until correct part comes in.

Cold and wet here. Wearing my Under Armor Cold Gear under sweats. Was going to do some dog training with Babe at community soccer field this am but too soggy, we'll do some place board and retrieve work in the yard. Babe doesn't seem to mind the cold. Billy the Greek told me over dinner Saturday that he would like a pup out of Babe because she is runs hard no matter what the weather or temperature, besides her other good qualities (retrieving water/land, bird finding, etc). Even if he was just buttering me up, it was nice to hear he thinks she has good genetics.

Hope you are getting plenty of rest and fluids, Kelly. Feel better soon.

So DS#1 calls last night as DW and I were in the middle of our dinner. He wanted phone call support and instruction on how to express his new/old ex GF's great dane/lab mix's @n@lglands. Yikes. Not my favorite manuver (usually have techs do it). I asked if he had youtubed it, and of course there are instructional videos. Dude didn't even have any lubricant on hand, finally found some lip balm. Gah, so glad I wasn't there in person. Not much of an appetite afterwards. New weight loss plan...discuss something nauseating before or while eating.

    BBB OP ;-)

Nice Lou. I'm guessing when they saw you go into the photo booth they werent sure what would pop out.

House goes on the MLS today. I have one wall of collage photos I didn't get switched out but it is at the end of the hallway so not too noticeable. I'll get to it on Tuesday.

Today is the last working day before the store opens. Going to be a long one. There were 7 contractors in the building on Friday so I actually got negative work done. Saturday was better but still a ton of little things to do before we can open the doors.

    Good Morning BBB.
The people from the showing yesterday like the house and our agent will reach out to them today. If they make a clean offer great if not we are going to do a purchase contract agreement with our friends and they will close on the house next year paying us expenses and carrying their own insurance etc. until then. Florida here we come!
Jack and I are off to Columbus this morning after I gave him a bath. Photo shoot tomorrow and then driving home late at night. I’m not a fan of late night driving so I may stay over somewhere.
Steph - I hope your place sells quick.
    Kelly - feel better
Lee - AB is awesome but it is nice to hear those comments from BTG
    Dennis - almost cruise time
Sam - indigestion is no fun
Lou - I am surprised they let you in the photobooth
    You good out there everyone.

My prayers are with the victims and families in Pittsburg. Will this murder madness stop?!

Everything else seems so trivial in comparison to what these attacks on our people bring on. I can't phantom what the loved ones left behind go through. I pray to never have to find out.

Be safe, be kind, be tolerant, be happy.

Clear the way for me Raine, I'm Columbus bound on Thursday.

We'll be front and center for the Ohio State vs Nebraska game Sat., cheering for Ohio State of course. I had to buy some red gloves accordingly.

Have a good day BBB - safe travels to those out and about.

    Good morning BBB friends.

Had a lot of fun at a church pumpkin carving potluck, yesterday. Sent our jack o' lanterns home with the grandkids. We're going over there on Halloween, anyway. Bought a giant bag of candy at Costco, yesterday, too. Part will go to the grandkids, the rest will serve as an evil temptation in our pantry. The perils of the season.

Hope all home sales go well, soon.

When I see "MLS" I think soccer. Go Sounders!

    Good morning BBB Friends.
    • It must be Monday. I had breakfast with the ROMEOs.
    • Sam, where is the American Legion in Madison? I've been looking for it.
    • Skip, Pitchers and Catchers report in 3.5 months.
    • Emma went to the Blessing of the Animals at church yesterday. She needs all the help she can get. She was surprisingly well behaved.
    • Yep, it's all most time for a boat ride.
    • Happy store launch Steph.

Carved a green pumpkin from the garden. You need warm sunshine to ripen these things, and we aren't going to get any more of that until next spring. Anyway, the green looks kind of cool. This pumpkin was 16 inches across.

Dennis - do you have a VFW in your hood??? Same type camaraderie and mission to help advance veteran initiatives. ~Skipper

The VFW won't have me Skip. My boots didn't set down in a war zone. Although the Baader-Mainhof Gang did bomb Rhein Main when I was there. Our mission in Iceland was to intercept Russian Bears. Anyways I'm sure VFW membership numbers are flush without me.
