I recently got a Fitbit Alta HR and am letting it track my calories burned automatically, I don't log my workouts (weights 3/wk, cardio 2/wk) anymore so as to not mess with my net calories anymore than the FitBit already does. I use the premium feature so my burned calories don't affect my daily goals. I'm curious how other maintaining/slow gaining/weightlifting ladies manage their FitBit calories and MFP?
