Hey there. I was wondering what everyone does for nutrition for their training and comp days. Obviously nutrition can be quite individual but as a general rule of thumb, do you stick to a higher fat and protein %? And what does everyone make of the refined carbs? Do you try and cut these out as much as possible and stick to complex carbs?
