I am aiming for 5K a day. I will start on Monday as my FitBit is on the charger today.1

My goal for tomorrow is 5,500 steps. It's not alot, but it's an improvement for me.

My goal is 5k as well. I can usually hit that on a work day. But rarely on off days, so that's what I'm shooting for.1

Sorry to hear you had a rough day. I did not hit my goal either, but I did ride my stationary bike for a bit. Which I find hard to get motivated to do.0
