    Good Morning!

Back to work this morning after a four day weekend. Makes for a four day week this week, and a three day week next week. That's good!

7 degrees on the thermometer and 0 feels like as I type this. Snow on the ground. What's wrong with this picture? I for sure am seeing more wild swings in the weather. We had the start to one of the hottest summers earlier this year, and now we have already had five record low temps and three snow events so far this season. At least we are not in a drought any more after that nine inch weekend rain several weeks ago.

After being home for four days, I am ready to get back to the office. We didn't go anywhere, we didn't do anything. That part was nice. After watching it snow most of yesterday, I was starting to feel trapped. Just ready to get back to it today.

    Have a great day!

    Mornin' gents.

Sounds like you are going to have plenty of time for that honey-do list, Steve.

Long drive ahead of me tonight and through tomorrow morning. Rest area nap half way planned. Gonna need a lot of coffee.

    Be OP ;-)

Good Morning! Continuing to battle through various aches and pains which is impacting seleep. I will focus on them today and clean up around here. Need to knock the dust back a bit in the bedroom after yesterdays initial tile prep work. City inspection of the shower area this morning and afternoon tutoring as well. I may have overplanned this. At least tomorrow is a break in the schedule for the bathroom.

    Steve, cabin fever in November?

    Good morning gentlemen.

Steve, I am far too ready to spend a couple days doing nothing.
Bill, I try to have a break in the schedule for the bathroom every day. :D

Still trying to wrap my head around the idea of Thanksgiving being next week.

The grand kids are coming over for the night, so their parents can spend the evening with friends they haven't seen for a while. DW will be on her own for most of the evening, as I have my monthly woodturner's club meeting.

    Good Morning,
Reckon I should have checked calendar, thought I had another week. Have not started thinking about preparing for Thanksgiving and weekend; at least Thanksgiving day will be at brothers but we will carry 1/2 of meal. Friday, Saturday and Sunday kids and their kids will be here as well as some of their friends.
Safe travels Lee, keep warm and dry.
Steve, as one who is now retired; enjoy each and every day, for some reason since I'm retired everyone finds things for me to do; can appreciate need to get back to work.
Rehabs while living in construction area are never fun.
    Enjoy the Day,
    Sam I am

    Good afternoon...

Hiked Mt Wachusett with DS who had the liver transplant Jan 2017. 3 miles and 700' up & down. Nice to spend time with him and catch up on things. He wants to train for a half marathon in the summer. God bless him.

Sleep doc just called and tests show I DO have central apnea, so Medicare should approve the replacement machine I need. I will be writing to Washington about how ridiculous this was-- 3 overnight sleep studies to prove what we already knew... just to fulfill a Medicare requirement. Jeesh.

Rainiing hard again, rivers all high. Friday expecting snow here.

Lee, have a good trip. Bill, you'll be glad when project is done. Steve, always nice to have periods of doing nothing, and just "being". Sam, how is your heart med working. Is doctor following up closely? Dave, has doctor figured out what cough is?

    Have a good one, everyone.
