Yoghurt - to eat or not to eat

Do you eat yoghurt? Well if you don't have a dairy intolerance, then there's no real reason not to. Yoghurt is light, and easily digested. It's nice to have it with some fresh fruit, like nectarine, sliced into it, or banana. You can also use it in place of milk, with muesli (sugar-free one of course). However, there's one catch - all flavoured yoghurts are loaded with sugar. Any yoghurt you eat should be either natural yoghurt, or Greek yoghurt. Any flavour whatsoever, and it's flavoured with sugar, and lots of. Just eat the plain one. It tastes great. Personally I enjoy the Yeo Valley, dark green pot with the daises on the front. It's natural, no sugar or anything else added, and it tastes great. They do lots of flavours in their range of yoghurts, but like I said, avoid all the other flavours. Unless you want rotten teeth, bad behaviour from your children, increased risk of diabetes type II, heart disease, fluctuating energy levels and obesity that is. Enough said.
