Options
Do as many tuck jumps, jumping jacks, or squat jumps you can in 1 minute.
Make them as high intensity as you can without stopping.
If you do have to stop, shake it out and start over for another minute.

For MORE of a challenge;
do 1 minute each of tuck jumps, jumping jacks or squat jumps.
REPEAT in 5 circuits.

EXAMPLE
minute 1: tuck jumps
minute 2: jumping jacks
minute 3 squat jumps
