    Good morning. Up early here.
    Henry has a vet appointment this afternoon. Then, he has an evaluation Friday at a dog trainer. Dog needs to learn some basic skills.
    My friend had a hip replacement surgery yesterday so I went to the hospital last night to see her. She’s doing great.

    T-minus 5 days for cross country road trip! Wave as you go through each State!

    We need to see a pic of the growing Henry..... How's the chap doing?

    Left work yesterday and headed straight to ER....Turns out I blew out a hernia. Likely a result of lugging DM and DS wheelchairs/walkers all weekend! Not happy! Meet surgeon today at 1:30. Timing is not good - but so it goes.

    The solemn tributes for #41 are nice to watch. I marched in his retirement in 1992. He was one of the good ones!

    Early meeting the sorting through boxes of documents - taxes, case files, etc.
    Bill - that sucks - I hope the surgeon can get you in fast.
    Kelly - you are smart to start training. Dogs with training have a much bigger world.
    I hope all BBBers that are battling the crud feel better soon.
    Do good out there everyone.

    I wasn't on that train. It's just my line. So far, no problems on the way into work though. Too dark to see the burned engine as we went past that stop.

    Lou, the beaches according to google in Cabo Frio look nice!

    Looks like my gift giving to my sons is going to be easy! DS1 - a grill. DS2 a gun safe. PERFECT.

    My annual physical with my PC is later this afternoon. Where has a year gone?!

    Went to plug in the 125ft extension cord to light up the Charlie Brown pine in my back forty and a mouse chewed off the plug on the end of the string of lights I left on all year. That's what I get I guess LOL.

    Yikes, Skip. Hope they can fix you up, quickly. I'll be breaking down a 300-pound chunk of maple, today. I'll be careful to not risk the same condition.

    •Lisa:Thanks for your good thoughts and asking about my health. I rode my bike yesterday to visit my oncologist to check on my ongoing B-cell Lymphoma. It is good for some things to be lazy or "indolent" and my cancer cells are numerous but the same as a year ago. That's a good thing. My other blood numbers are pretty good and I am in decent enough shape climbing hills on my bike.
