BODY TONING WEEK! Each activity should work the muscle of the day for at least 30 minutes!

Sunday - Cardio Day
Monday - Abs Day
Tuesday - Legs Day
Wednesday - Cardio Day
Thursday - Abs Day
Friday - Arms Day
Saturday - Cardio Day
