Hello everyone! Ive been using MFP for nearly a year now but ive only just discovered this community!

Id like to get in touch with new people and maybe we can help and support each other to reach our goals. So far ive lost about a stone and a half which is good but i want to push it more.

Unfortunately my motivation is that im just coming off a divorce so i just want to focus on myself and making my health and wellbeing top priority.

Cheers guys

I haven't been using this site properly for long, but I've been tracking my calories and exercise with it which helps to make me more accountable.
Well done for losing the stone and a half, I hope you keep it up!
Sorry to hear about your circumstances, but putting your energy into improving your physical health is a good focus, just don't forget about your mental health either.

There's always someone to talk to if you need support!

I’ve been overweight since the age of 7. In 2007 I weighed 21.5 st. Got down to just over 18 but stopped trying. Last August started again, just under 19.5 st. Currently just over 15st. This time I’m determined for it to be about lifestyle change not ‘being on a diet’!
